FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99 to destinations within the contiguous 48 US states. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs we cannot offer free shipping to destinations outside of the contiguous 48 US states (Hawaii & Alaska).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING. We offer expedited shipping (2-Day and Overnight). If you need it by a particular date, please put a note in your order or give us a call, and we'll let you know if we can get it to you on time. We get a lot of requests to get orders deliver by a specified date and will ensure the gift gets there in time for a child's birthday or Christmas!

Due to the nature of the size and weight of the golf clubs we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please only use residential or physical business address.

PROCESSING TIME: Please note that all orders have a shipping processing time that will be 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. So please take that into consideration when ordering (especially over the weekend). Furthermore, please consider the 1-2 business day processing time when selecting an expidited shipping time as it will affect the desired delivery time. On average, orders placed after 11:00 AM Monday - Thursday will be shipped out the following business day, depending. On average, all orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out on that following Monday, depending. Saturday delivery is NOT standard and is subject to additional charge, please contact us if you would like a Saturday Delivery.

We ship 99% of our orders with FedEx but smaller items may be shipped via USPS or by other carriers. We do this to the reduce shipping costs, which allows us to pass the savings onto our customers.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. We try to be as fair as possible! If the cause of the return is not your fault, then we will cover the cost of the return shipping!
FREE RETURNS ELIGIBILITY. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.
NEW, UNOPENED RETURNS. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the reason for return is not the fault of MyKidsGolfClubs.com (i.e., customer ordered the wrong product), then the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
OPENED RETURNS. If you use it and don't want to keep it for any reason, simply return the product to us within 30 days and we'll give you 85% of its value as store credit to purchase something else! The return shipping will be covered by the customer.
TIMELY REFUNDS. You should expect to receive refunds within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please indicate in the form your reason for the return, and a customer support representative will contact you with further return instructions. Please wait for your return to be approved before you ship the item to us. We are not liable for costs incurred for returns that are shipped without authorization.
We encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please include your packing slip and note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper indicating your printed name and address and the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package as securely as possible and send it to the address specified by customer support.
