Q: Do you send a confirmation email after ordering? I didn't get a my confirmation email yet.
A: We send an automated confirmation email that may take 10-20 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive it after 10-20 minutes, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If it is not there, it may be due to an incorrectly inputted email address, declined payment method, or system error. Contact us if you do not receive an email after 20 minutes and we will do our best to assist you. Even if you did not receive an email from us, you may be able to see your order status by logging into My Account using the email address you used to checked out.

Q: I'm trying to order online but I can't seem to place my order. Why isn't my credit card working?
A: The majority of customers who have problems checking out seem to have problems because the billing address entered doesn't match the billing address on the credit card. Please doublecheck the address on your card, especially if you've moved recently or have multiple addresses. Make sure the billing address and zip code match the address on the card. If you continue to have problems, please contact us and we'll assist you.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes. Call us at 1-877-495-9020. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5PM PST.

Q: Is online ordering secure?
A: Yes. We have various security measures in place to ensure the protection and privacy of your information. We offer 256-bit encrypted SSL by GeoTrust and our software host is certified PCI DSS Compliant. Furthermore, our SSL certificate comes with a GeoTrust $10,000 warranty.


Q: Why don't you carry certain brands like ____?
A: A lot of the cheaper brands, while priced very affordably, are made of cheap materials and are poorly constructed. We do not believe that it's appropriate to sell golf clubs to our customers that will break in a few weeks. We have inspected many brands, and we have, over time, identified high-quality kids golf sets to carry. Some other brands passed our quality standards but were not as popular. If you are looking for a particular brand, please let us know and we may be able to assist you.

Q: How quickly will I get my order? Will I need to pay for expedited shipping to get it by ____?
A: It depends. There are a lot of factors to consider, such as delivery location, size of the order, the season, etc. If you need it by a specific date, please put a note in the order and we'll let you know if your order will need expedited shipping. Or contact us and let us know which products you want and where you would like it shipped and we will give you an estimated delivery date. We will work with you to get your golf clubs to you in time for your kid's birthday, Christmas, etc.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: We have a generous return policy. Please look at our returns policy for further instructions.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this moment we do not ship outside the US. However, we may be able to make exceptions for large orders. Contact us and let us know which products you're interested in.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
A: Yes. Contact us and let us know which products you're interested in, the delivery destination, and when you would need it by.

Q: How do I choose the correct size package set for my child?
